Sales Policy & Seller Code of Conduct

1. Introduction

This Sales Policy and Seller Code of Conduct (“Policy”) governs all vendors, merchants, and sellers operating on the YAQUIMALL, LLC (“YAQUIMALL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) platform. By listing or selling products on YAQUIMALL, all sellers agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws, including the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of selling privileges.

2. Seller Code of Conduct

Accuracy & Transparency: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Use legitimate business identities and product descriptions. List products in correct categories.

Fair Business Practices: Avoid misleading or deceptive conduct. Do not manipulate pricing after order confirmation. Do not interfere with platform operations or algorithms.

Respect for Platform Integrity: Do not abuse YAQUIMALL features or systems. Do not engage in fraudulent traffic or ranking manipulation. Do not harm other sellers, listings, or platform reputation.

Reviews & Ratings Integrity: Sellers may NOT offer incentives for positive reviews, request only favorable feedback, post fake reviews, or manipulate ratings. Neutral requests for honest reviews are permitted.

Communication Rules: All customer communication must occur through official YAQUIMALL channels. No unsolicited marketing messages. Communications must be limited to order fulfillment and customer service support.

Customer Data Protection: Customer data may only be used for order fulfillment. Data must NOT be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes. All non-essential customer data must be deleted after processing where required.

3. Prohibited Seller Activities

Sellers are strictly prohibited from manipulating sales rankings or visibility, attempting to increase prices after order confirmation, using bots or fake traffic, misrepresenting product origin or quality, and posting misleading listings or false claims.

4. Circumvention of Sales Process

Sellers may NOT redirect customers outside YAQUIMALL, bypass platform payment systems, encourage off-platform transactions, or include external purchase links intended to bypass the platform. All transactions must remain within YAQUIMALL.

5. Seller Accounts

Sellers are generally limited to one account per business entity. Multiple accounts are only allowed if justified by legitimate business needs such as separate brands under distinct legal entities or manufacturing for different companies. YAQUIMALL reserves the right to verify and approve additional accounts.

6. Intellectual Property & Infringement Policy

Sellers must respect all intellectual property rights. Sellers may NOT submit false infringement claims, abuse takedown systems for competitive advantage, or misrepresent ownership of intellectual property. Misuse of infringement reporting tools may result in account suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.

7. Enforcement & Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in listing removal, payment withholding or forfeiture, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action where applicable. YAQUIMALL reserves full discretion in enforcement decisions.

8. Compliance with Laws

All sellers must comply with Florida state laws, U.S. federal trade and consumer protection laws, and applicable international regulations if selling globally.

9. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

YAQUIMALL acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for seller product quality, fulfillment delays, seller misrepresentation, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

10. Modifications to This Policy

YAQUIMALL may update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
