By accessing or using Yaquimall (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Yaquimall is a DBA operated under Unifa Holdings.

2. Use of the Platform
Yaquimall is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, fulfillment, and customer service. Yaquimall acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for transactions between buyers and vendors.

4. Payments
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Yaquimall does not store payment information. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

5. Refunds & Disputes
Refund and return policies are set by individual vendors. For disputes, contact us at contact@yaquimall.com and we will work to facilitate a resolution between buyer and vendor.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on Yaquimall, including logos, graphics, and platform design, is the property of Unifa Holdings and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Yaquimall and Unifa Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
